Disruption to the Canada Line in Richmond is resuming regular service earlier than expected.

Earlier this week, service between Bridgeport and Brighouse stations were halted after 10:30 p.m. due to construction work for the new Capstan Station.

TransLink announced the construction was completed "earlier than anticipated" and service will resume tonight. It also thanks commuters for their patience.

Large cranes were installing vertical columns on both sides of the Canada Line train tracks for the new station.
