Richmond dishes lauded by restaurant critics

The annual Chinese Restaurant Awards announced critic’s choice awards this week.

Judges for the 11th annual Chinese Restaurant Awards announced their favourite dishes in all of Metro Vancouver this week, and many are in Richmond.

The favourites were revealed in a ceremony at Richmond’s River Rock Casino and Resort, where 83-year-old master chef Leung Yiu Tong of Hoi Tong Chinese Seafood Restaurant was given a lifetime achievement award.
