While we all enjoy going to fashion shows, we must admit that the best ones are fully immersive experiences. Earlier in the day we caught Holly Fulton's 'Metropolis' inspired collection (see all the looks below) and watched design trio SIBLING's homage to their Irish knitwear background, but the standout event of the day went to Markus Lupfur's A/W14 presentation.
The designer known for his bold and arresting logo print jumpers transformed a non-descript Covent Garden studio into his very own flashback English fish 'n' chip shop. Serving up proper chips (thick cup and pub, complete with required mini fork) and tantalizing gin and tonics, models wearing the 12 piece collection posed nonchalantly in the cafe's 'interior'. We had to make sure we didn't get any ketchup on our shoes while we took in the scene.
