The Burnaby Mountain Lacrosse Elite Development Program features 11 players from Richmond on its Selects and Elite Tour Teams for the summer season.

Burnaby Mountain are fielding four travel teams this summer: U13 Elite (1997, 1998, 1996 born), Sophomore Elite (1995 born), Junior Elite (1994 born) and Senior Elite (1992, 1993 born).
Richmond players named to the teams include: Senior Elite -- Quinton Bradley, Trenton Matsuzaki, Danny McDermott, Parker Sahota. Junior Elite -- Jonathan Bailey. Sophomore Elite -- Evan Hunt, Josh Kelly, Jonah Sahota. U13 Elite -- Kieran McKay, Marc Sohota and Cooper Yates.
The U13 summer season included a recent trip to Boston to compete at the Primetime Warrior Shootout.
The Selects faced their toughest youth aged competition to date as they squared off against some of the top club teams in the eastern United States. They earned a win with four losses, while gaining valuable experience versus their east coast opponents.
Burnaby Mountain's Sophomore and Junior teams will wrap up their eight-week summer program by travelling to Denver, Colorado July 8-12 to compete at the University of Denver Pioneers' prestigous Team Camp.
The Senior Team's summer season will be highlighted by a trip to Baltimore -- July 19-26 to compete in the nationally renowned Champ Camp.
Teams are selected to compete at Champ Camp by invitation only with an emphasis on assembling the top high school aged club teams in North America.
This will be the Selects first-ever appearance at the Champ Camp with Burnaby Mountain becoming the first program to be selected from Western Canada in the tournament's 21-year history.
