A 16-year-old girl who was announced as missing last Friday has been found by Richmond RCMP.
Richmond Mounties had asked the public for help in tracking down the missing girl, named Selena Lou.
On Friday afternoon police said Lou’s family was worried for her safety and asked anyone who may have seen her or knew of her whereabouts to contact police immediately.
On Tuesday afternoon police did not issue details as to how Lou was found and why she went missing.
"The Richmond RCMP would like to thank the media, the public, and our law enforcement partners for their assistance," said Cpl. Dennis Hwang.
