Update: Missing woman located by RCMP

Update: Further to the information published on Dec.20, Anderson has since been located on Dec. 21. She was found safe and sound in Surrey, according to police.

Update: Further to the information published on Dec.20, Anderson has since been located on Dec. 21. She was found safe and sound in Surrey, according to police. 

Richmond RCMP are asking the public for assistance to see if anyone has seen Alicia Anderson, described as a 50-year-old woman, 155 cm tall, with a slim build and of Filipino descent.

Anderson had intended to board a flight at Vancouver International Airport on Nov. 1, but after failing to do so may have frequented Richmond.

She may be driving a black 2016 Nissan Pathfinder SUV with Alberta licence plate BVG9727.

Anderson is said to be a B.C. resident.

She may appear confused or disoriented, police noted.
