Richmond Fire-Rescue responded to a fire call at 3800 Chatham St. at 8:48 a.m. Tuesday morning.

The second floor apartment on a commercial block was in flames when they arrived.

No one was home and the fire appears to be contained to the outside wall of the apartment.

Fire inspector is still investigating the incident.
