It was a gorgeous weekend in Richmond and a perfect weather for the 2018 opening of the annual Richmond Night Market.
Of course, some flock to the market to sample some bizarre and but innovative culinary creations and many took to social media to show off the variety of cuisine available.
First off, check out Rainbulb’s stylish and colourful juices. Pink grapefruit, orange and mango, yellow citrus lime, green apple, blue melon and purple strawberry and raspberry.
If you're still thirsty, try a freshly squeezed watermelon or pineapple juice in a matching fruit bowl from Tropical Bar. Complete with a hot pink flamingo straw.
If you’re looking for a colourful, Instagram-worthy dessert head for Churros in ice cream. Choose from Oreo or rainbow churros in chocolate, vanilla or green tea ice cream in a cute inflatable flamingo or unicorn.
Of course, there are many more treats to try.

The night market runs from From May 11 to Oct. 8. Tickets are $4.25 per person, or $25 for six with a line-up bypass. Come to the market on your birthday for free admission when you show your ID.
