Potters Club Annual Christmas Sale: Friday, Saturday and Sunday, Nov. 17, 18 and 19:

Get along to the Richmond Cultural Centre, 7700 Minoru Gate as the Richmond Potters Club hosts its popular Christmas Sale on Friday, Nov. 17 from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 18 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sunday, Nov. 19 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.  Approximately 20 potters will be contributing their works for sale. Skilled artisans will bring a variety of functional and decorative ceramic pieces. Also joining the sale will be the Weavers and Spinners Guild with handcrafted items.

Universal Gospel Choir: Saturday, Nov. 18:

The Richmond Gogos present the popular Universal Gospel Choir, directed by Lonnie Delisle, at the Peace Mennonite Church, 11571 Daniels Road at 3 p.m. Also, The ShowStoppers, a dynamic group of young performers who love to sing, dance and entertain, will be part of the concert.

Tickets for the charity event are $22 (adults) and $10 (children) and are available at the door.

Walk Richmond: Saturday, Nov. 18:

Follow the Fraser River on this picturesque, free walk (for all ages) that passes by the Richmond Olympic Oval offering spectacular views of the North Shore Mountains.
